All sales are final
PreviewBound sells digital session access. Once a license key is issued and activated, the service has been delivered. Because digital access cannot be returned, all sales are final. This is communicated clearly before checkout.
Session plans
- 1-Week Session — $3.00 USD. Full access to all premium features for 7 days from first activation.
- 1-Month Session — $7.00 USD. Full access to all premium features for 30 days from first activation.
Your session timer starts when you enter your license key — not at the time of payment. You decide when to activate.
Technical issues
If your license key is not working due to a fault on our end, we will resolve it. Contact support@previewbound.com with your order details and we will restore your access promptly. This is a correction of a technical fault, not a refund.
